 Are you wanting to know more before making a commitment?  I offer a free consultation to discuss what you are hoping to accomplish with your health and explain how I can work with you to help you reach your goals.  This time together also provides the opportunity for you to get to know me.  After all, it is important to partner with whom you feel comfortable, and with someone you trust to support your progress. This initial appointment can be completed via telehealth or over the phone.  In person appointments are only available on Saturdays, while telehealth appointments provide more flexibility.  They can be scheduled  by calling 330-936-6863.  

Comprehensive Initial Assessment. Includes first and second appointment.  Labs may be billed through insurance or out of pocket. 

 The first year of hormone replacement may require extra time as we work to balance your hormones. During this time,we will touch base via phone, tele-med, or in person depending on your needs to evaluate your progress and support your goals. Follow up blood work may be recommended and reviewed, as well as hormone adjustment as needed.  You will also have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns.  

This is a unique experience to work with a provider who is certified in hormone replacement, trained in disease prevention, health promotion, and health coaching.  
 

By the second year, you will require less frequent maintenance.  Depending on your needs, most will only require a yearly or semi-annual consultation. This fee includes up to 2 visits.   Additional visits are $250.
